Serves 2
Ingredients:
300g Pappardelle
Vila Uva Olive Oil
½ Clove of Garlic
Parsley to taste
125g of Porcini Mushrooms
1 tsp Antica Cremeria Butter
Ranieri White Truffle Oil to taste
Parmigiano Reggiano to taste
Method:
- Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt
- Add Pappardelle and boil for 6-7 minutes.
- Take out a spoonful of the pasta water and save for later.
- Strain the pasta.
- Add Vila Uva Olive Oil to a hot pan.
- Add garlic, parsley, porcini mushrooms, salt, antica cremeria butter, dash of pasta water and cook until the mushrooms are golden.
- Add in Ranieri White Truffle Oil to taste.
- Finally, add in the pre cooked pappardelle & toss with Parmigiano Reggiano.
- Add Parsley to taste.
- Serve
