Ingredients:

300g Pappardelle
Vila Uva Olive Oil
½ Clove of Garlic
Parsley to taste
125g of Porcini Mushrooms
1 tsp Antica Cremeria Butter
Ranieri White Truffle Oil to taste
Parmigiano Reggiano to taste

Method:

  1. Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt
  2. Add Pappardelle and boil for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Take out a spoonful of the pasta water and save for later.
  4. Strain the pasta.
  5. Add Vila Uva Olive Oil to a hot pan.
  6. Add garlic, parsley, porcini mushrooms, salt, antica cremeria butter, dash of pasta water and cook until the mushrooms are golden.
  7. Add in Ranieri White Truffle Oil to taste.
  8. Finally, add in the pre cooked pappardelle & toss with Parmigiano Reggiano.
  9. Add Parsley to taste.
  10. Serve
